Skyhook Internet Marketing is capable of creating custom graphical website designs from the ground up that are unique and specially tailored to your company’s message and marketing goals. We are also capable of modifying pre-built website “templates” for those customers who don’t have a need for a unique solution and who are trying to keep costs down.

Our Process
Getting good graphic design for your website is supremely important. We’ve all seen websites that are 10 years old with hideous tiled backgrounds and atrocious buttons and text — and we’ve immediately clicked off. The web is evolving, and having a modern-looking website is essential in order to instill buyer confidence and trust.

But the graphic design process doesn’t have to be difficult. Once the functionality and purposes of your website have been discussed with one of our marketing consultants, Skyhook Internet Marketing will begin generating “mock up” samples of what your website might look like for your approval. These mock ups may be based on other websites whose design elements you want to integrate into your own, or they may be completely from scratch to adequately convey your company’s personality.

Our graphic designer will continue to work with you until your design is “perfect,” at which point the graphic designs will be sent to one of our programmers to be implemented.

Using Templates
Templates are available from a number of sites such as templatemonster for relatively low prices. We often recommend that customers get started by looking through the thousands of templates on this site and selecting a design that is “close” to what they want. Once the decision has been made (or at least narrowed down), our project manager will sit down with the client and discuss which changes need to be made and provide an appropriate quote.
